At Bike Experts, we are dedicated to ensuring your motorcycle gear and accessories reach you safely and efficiently. We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep.

We Recommend you to Have a Package Opening Video Without any Cuts/Trims/Pause if you suspect that the parcel might have been Damaged/Opened in Transit so that our support team finds it easier to Verify and Process your claims for further actions.

**Shipping Timeframe:**
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days. Once dispatched, you can expect your delivery to arrive within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your specific location within India.

Made Upon Order Products can take upto 10 days for dispatch. Please bear with such scenarios as Having everything in stock everytime is Practically not Possible. 

Few Items can go out of stock, from our Physical Store, even before we can update the same on our website. For Such Orders, we would notify the same for the new Dispatch date. We can also Cancel the Orders if the customer is not ready to wait, in such scenarios we can initiate full refund.

**Shipping Costs:**
*   **Prepaid Orders:** Enjoy free shipping on all orders totaling ₹1,000 or more across India.
*   **COD Orders:** Shipping costs for Cash on Delivery orders are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. Final shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

**Warranty and Support:**

**Warranty Terms and Conditions:**
*   **Shipping for Warranty Claims:** All shipping costs associated with returning a product for warranty inspection or repair are the responsibility of the customer.
*   **Exclusions:** We are not responsible for damage caused by external factors, such as high-pressure water wash damage. Warranty claims are subject to inspection; if a product does not qualify for repair or replacement based on our assessment, we cannot be held liable.

* The Address for shipping the same will be notified by the Support Team upon approval of Warranty claim
*   **Metal & Electronic Items:** Please note that there is no warranty provided for metal items regarding rust issues, nor for electronic products such as auxiliary lights, mobile chargers, or horns. Some electronic items may carry a manufacturer-specific warranty, which will be clearly noted on the individual product page if applicable.
