Returns, Refund, COD & Cancellation Rules

All products can be exchanged for a change in SIZE ONLY. The cost of sending the product to Pondicherry for exchange will be borne by the customer. Reshipping Cost Applies as per actuals.

The items will be exchanged PROVIDED

  • The product is returned unused.
  • The product is accompanied by the original invoice, packing, labels, etc.,
  • The product is received by us in a re-saleable condition. (So please use a proper courier service)

The product must be sent to us within 3 days of its delivery. Products not received in the above condition will not be exchanged. We will ship the item for exchange to you (within India) the second time at a Charge as per actuals by courier company. 

Any product can only be exchanged for size. If the required size is unavailable in a particular model, then the customer can choose from available models or wait until the size in the ordered model becomes available.  An exchange is not possible for accessories. No return and refunds will be made under any circumstances.

REFUND IS ONLY POSSIBLE , IF THE PRODUCT ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK.

FEW PRODUCTS WHICH ARE OUT OF STOCK AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED CAN BE PUT ON WAITLIST / PRE-ORDER IF THE PRODUCT IS ABOUT TO BE IN-STOCK SOON. THE SAME SHALL BE INFORMED TO THE CUSTOMER BY CALL/EMAIL/WHATSAPP INFORMATION WHICHEVER IS AVAILABLE. 

Refund, if any upon confirmation email/sms will reflect after 48-72 hrs by RazorPay to the same payment method used while placing the order.

We ship the product in 3 to 4 working days. Few Products are Manufactured only after the Order is Received, in such cases please allow us 7 to 10 days for the product to be dispatched. 

The Delivery Partner Can attempt a Maximum of 3 times to deliver a parcel to the mentioned address, after which the parcel will be marked RTO and sent back to us. In such cases, the customer has to wait until the RTO parcel is delivered to us and bear the reshipping charges as per actuals for the same.

COD ORDERS:

Customers Can opt for  Partial Payment upon Check Out and Pay the Balance on Delivery to the Courier Company by which the parcel is dispatched. COD orders usually take more time to reach the customer than the prepaid ones. 

Additional COD Charges Apply, notified at Check Out page. 

NOT ACCEPTING THE COD ORDERS UPON DELIVERY WOULD RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER AND THE PARTIAL PAYMENT BEING FORFEITED AS COSTS TOWARDS RETURN SHIPPING.

Please Pay only to Courier Company QR shown by the Delivery agent and not to Personal QR of the Delivery Agent. High Chances of Fraud by the Delivery Agent upon payment on Personal QR. 

After Opting For Partial Payment Do not Pay the balance payment online before the parcel is reached to you as we might not be able to change the courier status as prepaid once dispatched from our warehouse. 

Please Provide Delivery OTP only after receiving the Parcel in your Hand. 

Orders can be cancelled only if the product is not shipped from our warehouse and status shows pending on the order tracking page. Once we initiate Pickup for the delivery agent the order cannot be cancelled in such circumstances. 

NOTE: Items on Sale/Offers/Closeout/Discount cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
