Constructed from durable 19mm diameter rigid mild steel tubes with a wall thickness of 1.6mm, the Saddle Stay offers the perfect balance of lightweight strength. The tubes are made from Cold Rolled (CR) Steel, ensuring exceptional durability and the ability to withstand impact and abrasion.

All accompanying nuts and bolts are made from Stainless Steel 304 grade, offering long-lasting strength and a lifetime warranty. To ensure maximum durability, the critical components are connected using both MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding technologies, providing superior strength.

Grid blasting technology is applied before the powder coating process to ensure a smooth and uniform finish. Additionally, automated CNC machines are used for precise tube bending, ensuring accuracy and perfect formation of the Saddle Stay.
